At jmrdiyrk (operated by SHUCAN HONGKONG LIMITED), we're committed to making every shopping experience smooth, reliable, and enjoyable. From the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep, we carefully manage every step of the fulfillment process.

To minimize unnecessary waste while keeping our products competitively priced, many of our items are fulfilled through our trusted international logistics partners. This efficient fulfillment network allows us to deliver premium-quality products without compromising on value or service.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Before any package leaves our warehouse, every order is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days under normal circumstances.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $59.00 USD or more.

    • Orders below $59.00 USD are subject to a flat worldwide shipping fee of $5.99 USD.

  • Additional Information: During holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding during these busy periods.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the destination country and local carrier operations.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label has been generated. It is normal for tracking activity to appear after a short delay.

4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

Accordingly:

  • Import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer when applicable.

  • Customs clearance procedures are managed by local authorities and may occasionally affect delivery times.

  • jmrdiyrk cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or processing.

  • While international shipments rarely incur customs charges in many regions, regulations vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellation Requests

Our fulfillment team begins processing orders shortly after they are placed.

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Once your order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

6. Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we'll do our best to help if any shipping issue occurs.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please email jamesnelson49@jmrdiyrk.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the damage. After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever applicable.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries

Once a shipment has been marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If your tracking indicates successful delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend that you:

  • Check around your property and safe delivery locations.

  • Ask family members, roommates, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the parcel.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a missing package investigation.

We're happy to provide tracking details and shipping documentation to assist with the carrier's investigation. However, we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
